To Current and Prospective Clients

A word about online reviews.

If you google our providers there are many forums such as Healthgrades and Google reviews where people are free to leave anonymous and named reviews about their experience with our providers.

Until this point I personally read and respond to negative reviews that I find as I am open to feedback and would prefer to know where people feel we can improve on as practitioners and as a practice.

We are a small business; however we see roughly 600-800 patients a year between the three APRN’s. Many patients are happy with their care here and have been in treatment with us for several years. We do not proclaim to be the perfect fit for all patients though.

We all have our own styles and our own specialties and seeing as many clients as we do there will be people who are unhappy with our recommendations, our office policies, and/or our providers. If you feel negatively toward a provider here please contact the office and we will try and remedy the situation in any way we can.

If you would rather see a different provider in the practice that will be arranged and if you would rather see a different practice we are happy to provide you with referrals.

We take feedback here seriously and we strive to create an atmosphere where clients can feel heard and responded to.

Going forward I will not be responding to positive or negative comments as I do not feel it is ethical to confirm that people have been clients here. I also do not always know who I am responding to and have had people comment who I have never treated before. But please note if you address your concerns directly to me I will do everything I can to support you and rectify the situation.
